Captain Jay Lopes (Alias John Lopes Jr.) The youngest Captain in the fishing fleet, Captain Jay is a holder of an OUPV Six Pack Captain’s License. His knowledge of operating fishing boats up to 35 feet in length is not only self taught but garnered through the teachings of some of the California Bay Area’s most recognized fishing guides.
